Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Stickonia stickers are made with waterproof vinyl and designed for real life — cars, water bottles, laptops, toolboxes, helmets, and more. Many customers also use our name labels on school supplies; some have reported dishwasher-safe performance on suitable surfaces. Always apply to a clean, dry surface for best results.
What does “3 mil laminate protection” mean?
Our stickers use a protective laminate layer that helps resist scratches, moisture, and everyday wear so designs stay bold and readable longer.
Where are Stickonia stickers made?
Every order is designed, made, and packed with care in Canada — handcrafted in Edmonton, Alberta.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping options (including free-shipping offers when available) appear at checkout. Local pickup in Terwillegar, Edmonton, AB may also be available for local customers.
How long does processing take?
Many made-to-order items (such as personalized name stickers) are typically made within about 1 business day and shipped the next morning. Timing can vary for custom projects or peak seasons.
Can I order custom stickers?
Yes. Custom ideas and special requests are welcome. Send details through our contact form, or use the custom-order options on stickonia.ca.
How do personalized name stickers work?
- Add the item to your cart.
- Write your child’s name (or the text you need) at checkout as instructed.
- We make your order and ship it according to the processing timeline above.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Stickonia does not issue cash refunds. If there is a qualifying problem with your order, we replace the stickers and send a new set. See our Replacement Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please use the contact form within 7 days of delivery, include your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement set when the issue is confirmed.
What surfaces work best?
Clean, smooth, dry surfaces: vinyl wraps, painted metal, plastic bottles, laptops, hard cases, helmets, toolboxes, and similar. Textured, oily, or dirty surfaces reduce adhesion.
