Welcome to Stickonia. By accessing stickonia.ca, shop.stickonia.ca, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About us

Stickonia is a Canadian maker of waterproof vinyl stickers and related products. Designs are handmade with care in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and shipped worldwide. Local pickup may be available in the Terwillegar area of Edmonton, Alberta, when offered at checkout.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to show accurate photos, sizes, and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print materials. Handmade items can have small natural variations — that is part of the craft, not a defect.

Custom and personalized orders

For personalized products (for example name stickers), you are responsible for providing correct spelling and details at checkout. Please double-check before submitting. Personalized items are made to order; see our Replacement Policy for what applies if something goes wrong.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious mistake, suspected fraud, or stock/production issues. Payment is due at checkout through our available payment methods.

Order processing and shipping

Many made-to-order items are processed quickly (often within about one business day, then shipped). Timing can vary during busy seasons or for custom work. Shipping options, free-shipping promotions, and local pickup (when available) are shown at checkout. Delivery times after handoff to the carrier are estimates only.

Replacements (no cash refunds)

Stickonia does not offer cash refunds. If there is a problem with your order that qualifies under our Replacement Policy, we will replace the stickers and send a new set. See the Replacement Policy page for details.

Intellectual property

All Stickonia original designs, logos, product photos, and site content are owned by Stickonia or used with permission. You may not copy, resell as your own designs, or commercially reproduce our artwork without written permission. Purchasing a sticker gives you the physical product for personal use, not ownership of the underlying design rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products or content in unlawful ways.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stickonia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or websites. Our total liability related to any order is limited to replacement of the products in that order, where a replacement is approved under our policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Alberta, unless consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
